Remote Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Harman International Industries is seeking a motivated and adaptable Remote Web Chat Officer to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through web chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in customer interactions and provide feedback to improve processes
- Innovate new ways to enhance the customer experience through the web chat platform
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically
- Innovative mindset with a willingness to try new approaches
- At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools
- Motivated and adaptable personality traits
