Job Description: Telephone & Data Systems is seeking a Remote Office Manager to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ.
As a full-time Associate Level position, the Remote Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our remote office, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all administrative functions of the remote office, including scheduling, correspondence, and office supplies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for remote employees, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Conduct research on best practices for remote office management and implement new strategies to improve efficiency.
Communicate effectively with team members and senior management to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
Monitor and track remote employee performance, providing feedback and support as needed.
Collaborate with HR to onboard new remote employees and facilitate training sessions.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in office management or a related role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Resilient and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
Driven and motivated to achieve results.
Excellent research and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
