### **Key Responsibilities** - **Customer Support**: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- **Problem Resolution**: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and effectively, employing creative solutions when necessary.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Sonic Automotive products and services to provide accurate information and effectively assist customers.
- **Account Management**: Assist customers with account-related queries, including billing, order status, and product returns, while ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience and share insights on customer feedback and trends.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system for future reference and quality improvement.
- **Feedback Loop**: Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions, providing input on ways to enhance product offerings and customer care processes.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to continuously improve the customer service experience and maintain customer retention.
### **Requirements** - **Education**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
A degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or care environment, preferably within the automotive industry.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using customer service CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other web-based applications.
- **Personality Traits**: - Resourceful: Ability to think critically and creatively to solve customer problems and provide appropriate solutions.
- Dedicated: Strong work ethic and personal commitment to delivering exceptional service to customers and supporting team goals.
