**Key Responsibilities:** 1.
**Client Relationship Management:** - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored support solutions.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and follow up on feedback to continuously enhance service delivery.

**Support and Troubleshooting:** - Oversee the resolution of client issues and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address product-related inquiries, ensuring clients have a seamless experience with our technologies.
- Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.

**Account Growth and Development:** - Identify opportunities for account expansion and growth through proactive engagement and strategic recommendations.
- Develop and present proposals for new services or enhancements to existing client accounts.
- Negotiate service agreements, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize satisfaction and profitability.

**Data Analysis and Reporting:** - Analyze client data to derive insights and identify trends that can inform account management strategies.
- Provide regular reports on account status, opportunities for growth, and potential risks to senior leadership.
- Assist in the creation of business cases for potential new products or services based on client feedback and market trends.

**Collaboration and Communication:** - Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to relay client feedback and advocate for client needs.

**Requirements:** - **Education and Experience:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management or customer support roles, preferably in the technology or optics industry.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
