My client is seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineering Manager to join their Maintenance Team and drive operational excellence in their MHF, 24/7 industrial manufacturing plant, based in the Eastern BOP.

As the Reliability Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing plant uptime and controlling costs while ensuring compliance with health and safety and environmental legislation. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, your expertise will be crucial in achieving our overall plant business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Enhance plant reliability performance through strategic maintenance practices.
Scope, guide, and oversee mechanical reliability improvement projects.
Ensure execution of reliability maintenance aligns with asset strategy.
Utilize Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to address and prevent reliability issues.
Develop mid to long-term reliability strategies for widely used equipment.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in predictive and preventative engineering within heavy industrial or manufacturing settings.
High technical competency coupled with project and team management skills.
Strong knowledge of fluid mechanics, heat exchangers, pumps, motors, valves, digesters, and heavy industrial process equipment.
Self-motivated with a robust work ethic and commitment to safety and quality.
Current unrestricted work rights for New Zealand.
