About the role
In this hybrid role, you'll be responsible for establishing, nurturing and strengthening trusted relationships with automotive dealers and introducers across Wellington. You will develop key account strategies, execute marketing initiatives, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Reporting to the National Sales Manager – Auto, you'll collaborate across teams to drive business performance and achieve growth goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain referral networks with auto dealers and introducers
Create and implement key account strategies to ensure long-term success
Monitor and adjust business goals to stay on track for growth
Coordinate and execute events to strengthen introducer relationships
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and risk management protocols
About you
Proven relationship management experience with the ability to influence; a strong network within the automotive industry is advantageous
Solid understanding of commercial lending processes and loan documentation
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to growth
Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory compliance, including CCCFA
Strong communication skills for effective relationship management and conflict resolution
