You'll enjoy the flexibility of a truly varied role – one moment you could be working in the medical ward, next mental health, surgical ward or undertaking inter-hospital patient transfers.This is a fantastic opportunity to work within all wards/departments within the hospital and community settings.For this role, you will need:NZ Nursing Council Registration and a current Annual Practicing CertificateA minimum of one-year post graduate experienceRecent experience in a clinical areaThe ability to work under pressureEffective written and verbal communication skillsFlexibility of shifts – morning, afternoon, nights or part shiftsEligibility to work in New ZealandCompetency with te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growthExperience in projects/initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principles and frameworks, and the application of Matauranga Maori and Kaupapa Maori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings.Working for Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is 'the weaving of wellness'.
