As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to lead our operations across the Lower North Island.The Role:As the Regional Manager for the Lower North Island, you will be the driving force behind our supply chain operations, ensuring seamless service across a vast network of sites. This is not a desk-bound role; it demands a hands-on approach where you lead from the front, actively managing our vending services, maintaining machine performance, and guiding a dedicated team. Your strategic vision and operational expertise will be key in driving business growth and elevating our service standards in this crucial region.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Lower North Island operations, ensuring alignment with company standards and growth objectives.Oversee the supply chain functions to over 420 sites, including inventory control, ordering, and distribution.Ensure all vending machines, payment systems, and vehicles are maintained and operating at peak efficiency.Supervise and develop regional staff, fostering a high-performing and motivated team environment.Serve as the primary point of contact for regional clients, handling inquiries, service requests, and relationship management.Drive financial performance through effective management of cash handling, budgeting, and cost control.Contribute to the development and execution of regional strategies, identifying opportunities for growth and process improvements.Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.What We're Looking For:Proven experience in a regional management or similar leadership role, preferably within the vending, retail, or FMCG industry.Strong operational management skills with a focus on team leadership and process optimization.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.Financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets and improving operational efficiency.A proactive, results-driven attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service.Ability to manage physically demanding tasks, including lifting, transporting stock, repairing and maintaining machines.What We Offer:Competitive salary package.A work van included in the package for your convenience.Be part of a rapidly growing company that values innovation and excellence.Lead a dynamic and dedicated team in a critical regional role.A supportive and collaborative company culture that values its people.Location: Lower North Island Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?
