Rosie's Red-Hot Cantina & Taco Joint has the perfect position for you!We are looking for a Bar Manager who can work alongside both our Business Leader and Assistant Business Leader to maintain a high standard of service. We are a tight knit team of over 20+ FOH staff at the waterfront hot-spot. Rosie's has become a Wellington staple for great food, great vibes and great people – crafting the perfect mix of quality service with vibrant and fun party vibes. Our brand name is well-known and ever expanding with two new venues opened in Auckland.You would be expected to lead our team of bar staff in a fast-paced environment whilst bringing your own initiative and planning ways to improve customer experience. We are seeking someone - who after some training - is comfortable with the responsibility of ordering, managing stock take, budget awareness and training our FOH team to be more confident in their bar skills. We want someone who is goal-driven with a passion for hospitality, and willing to learn/develop skills in running a business like Rosie's. Supporting our team to be the best they can be is integral to this role.This is a permanent, full-time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
