Responsibilities of the role include: Develop and execute regional business plans to identify and secure growth opportunities. Lead, mentor, and inspire a motivated leadership team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement. Building strong relationships with clients and the local community. Ensuring the business operates in a profitable manner in line with budget expectations and the agreed business plan. Effective delivery of Opex and Capex programmes of work safely Lead by example and champion excellent Health and Safety compliance. To be successful, it is preferred a candidate has the following qualifications, experience and skills: Proven performer in the electricity sector either locally or abroad. Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of business operations. Engaging & collaborative leader with demonstrated experience in leading dynamic teams. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers. A critical thinker with problem-solving skills. A tertiary degree or relevant construction industry experience. Experience with a proven track record in senior management roles and/or business owner.
