Horizon Networks is locally owned by Trust Horizon and is a national services provider working in the Electrical Distribution Industry.
We are looking for a Regional Manager to lead our Whakatane business that has teams in Taupo and Tauranga.
This position is permanent full-time, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities of the role include: Develop and execute regional business plans to identify and secure growth opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a motivated leadership team.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Build strong relationships with clients and the local community.
Ensure the business operates in a profitable manner in line with budget expectations and the agreed business plan.
Effectively deliver Opex and Capex programmes of work safely.
Lead by example and champion excellent Health and Safety compliance.
To be successful, it is preferred a candidate has the following qualifications, experience and skills: Proven performer in the electricity sector either locally or abroad.
Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of business operations.
Engaging & collaborative leader with demonstrated experience in leading dynamic teams.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
A critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
A tertiary degree or relevant construction industry experience.
Experience with a proven track record in senior management roles and/or business ownership.
Intimate knowledge and experience in the Electrical, Power, Building Services industries (electrical, plumbing, other services) and/or construction.
