The Opportunity We're looking for a highly experienced and driven clinical leader to manage our Bay of Plenty region.
Based in any of the locations below by negotiation, but preferably Tauranga due to the number of clinics there. Regional travel will be required in this role.

As our Regional Manager, you will be leading and developing a team of physios, occupational therapists, vocational consultants, nurses, exercise physiologists and psychologists across a growing number of sites and an increasing number of services.
You will be responsible for driving the performance, growth and profitability of the region and ensuring exceptional delivery on the range of services we provide. These services include: Acute physio, Pain Management, Concussion, Vocational Rehabilitation, Psychology, Training for Independence and social rehabilitation, private rehabilitation services and workplace health services.
The role will be a mix of caseload and leadership, however this will change over time as the region continues to grow. A key focus of the role will be business development including working with various sports teams, schools and corporates.
With clinics nationwide, you'll have access to the support and brilliant minds of our other Regional Managers, management team and National Managers.
