We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our busy recruitment team in the Auckland office. We are looking for an experienced Recruiter who can recruit a variety of roles including production operators, factory workers, pickers/packers, and forklift operators - to name a few! You will be responsible for full, end-to-end recruitment processes.What the daily work would be:Manage and grow your own client portfolioManaging multiple end-to-end recruitment processes related to dairy farmingGenerate sales leads by contacting employers and new clientsSource new candidates via a multitude of channels and conduct thorough interviewsIdentify new business opportunities and establish relationships with new clientsProvide excellent service delivery to your portfolio of established relationshipsJob posting and perform pre-employment screening activitiesYou will come with demonstrated recruitment experience preferably 3-5 years of New Zealand experience, but to really stand out from the crowd, you should have sales and relationship-building skills.We offer a competitive base salary and an attractive commission structure within our positive work environment!If this sounds like you, do not hesitate to apply today.
