We are on a growth mission to lead and inspire our industry through innovation and the development of exceptional financial services products whilst fostering a motivated and engaged workplace culture that is centered around personal growth and high performance.The Recruitment Specialist reports to the Head of People and will play a pivotal role in the delivery of strategy for the Avanti Finance Group. As we embark on a period of significant growth, the Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for driving delivery across all areas of the business, structuring your workflow to achieve quick turnaround when that ideal candidate presents themselves, and working together with stakeholders to ensure placement outcomes are achieved at pace. This role is office-based in Newmarket.In this role, you can expect to:Get into the business and collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and get things done!Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the company.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.Conduct reference checks and background screenings.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.We are looking for candidates who have:Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the finance industry.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to think strategically, embrace change and the opportunity change presents, with an adaptable mindset.Confidence to influence stakeholders and ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills across all levels of the organisation.Excellent work ethic and self-motivated, with interests in ongoing personal development.Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to constructively manage difficult conversations when needed.What's in it for me?Within the Avanti Finance Group, you can look forward to flexible and hybrid working as we offer up to two days working from home following the initial training period.
