Key Responsibilities Providing expert recruitment advice to clients
Cultivating and nurturing vital relationships with both candidates and clients
Diving business development initiatives and fostering a robust professional network
Preparation of employment documentation which meets legislative requirements, including our critical compliance process
Interviewing, screening, and placement of candidates
Maintaining accurate client and candidate files and records
Ideally, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification, and/or previous recruitment experience would also be ideal. However, great recruiters come from a variety of backgrounds, so we have open minds as to who may be the right person to join our team.

You'll need to have exceptional computer literacy, with the ability to work towards specific timeframes, including the ability to multi-task like a pro! Interviewing is a key part of the role, therefore someone who has the ability to confidently assess candidates, keep accurate records, and provide a confidential service is imperative.
