About the Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to join our Business Support Team in our branch in Wellington CBD. This position has become available due to an overseas move, offering the chance to manage a strong portfolio of clients and lead an established team to deliver unrivalled recruitment services to our customers.
Duties:
Lead and coach a team of established recruitment consultants by sharing your expertise and knowledge
Grow a successful client portfolio
Recruit a broad range of roles consisting of temporary, permanent, contract and fixed-term positions
Consult with our clients to add value to their organisations by being a partner of choice
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, sourcing, interviewing and using specialised recruitment tools to uncover passive candidates
Oversee the candidate and client experience, ensuring that it is efficient, engaging and reflective of the Madison values
Requirements:
Proven leadership capability, having led or mentored recruiters previously
A seasoned professional with a minimum of 3+ years' experience in agency recruitment
A skilled relationship builder, with a track record of strong delivery
You'll have an exceptional work ethic with a high sense of drive
You're driven by success and enjoy contributing to the bigger picture
