Team Leader, Recruitment and Onboarding Permanent, Full time Based in Wellington Kia ora! We are looking for a Team Leader, Recruitment and Onboarding to lead the newly formed Specialist Workforce Recruitment and Onboarding team within People and Capability. About the role: Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role sits within the People and Capability team and works closely with Specialist Workforce hiring managers to identify better recruitment practices and improved recruitment opportunities, including optimising the use of technology for specialist workforce recruitment. This role will partner with managers and stakeholders to successfully identify, develop, and deliver improvements to our specialist workforce recruitment processes and practices. Skills and experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in people leadership Minimum 5+ years' experience in a Specialist Recruitment Advisory role Experience in recruitment and managing complex recruitment projects and programmes of work. Experience and knowledge of employee relations related legislation, particularly where it relates to Recruitment. Excellent interpersonal skills and capable of establishing and building effective working relationships with people of all cultures and employees at all levels Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate information, data, and ideas into a language that can be understood by a wide range of people. Experience using Microsoft applications and the aptitude to learn new systems. Highly developed organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise work effectively and manage competing priorities and deadlines.
