About the RoleWe are looking for a Recruitment Manager to join our Business Support Team in our branch in Wellington CBD. This position has become available due to an overseas move, offering the chance to manage a strong portfolio of clients and lead an established team to deliver unrivalled recruitment services to our customers.Duties:Lead and coach a team of established recruitment consultants by sharing your expertise and knowledgeGrow a successful client portfolioRecruit a broad range of roles consisting of temporary, permanent, contract and fixed-term positionsConsult with our clients to add value to their organisations by being a partner of choiceManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, sourcing, interviewing and using specialised recruitment tools to uncover passive candidatesOversee the candidate and client experience, ensuring that it is efficient, engaging and reflective of the Madison values Requirements:Proven leadership capability, having led or mentored recruiters previouslyA seasoned professional with a minimum of 3+ years' experience in agency recruitmentA skilled relationship builder, with a track record of strong deliveryYou'll have an exceptional work ethic with a high sense of driveYou're driven by success and enjoy contributing to the bigger picture The ability to adapt quickly to an ever-changing industry – it's the world we live in!
