As an experienced recruiter or proven successful sales professional, you'll be the key player in our Hamilton office; part of this diverse and high achieving team.Your client account management skills will be crucial as you build and nurture relationships with existing local and national clients, ensuring they receive our award-winning service and support in meeting their recruitment needs. There is only a small amount of new BD as we have an extensive client list. On top of this, we provide a true work-life balance with no after hours as our recruitment support team will take care of everything music to any consultant's ears.Key responsibilities include:As these are 360 recruitment roles, you will manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from initial client consultations, advertising, sourcing, and matching exceptional temp or perm candidates to roles. Our systems and technology make this a seamless process.Client account and candidate on-the-job management. We deal with all industries and a diverse range of clients and candidates from across the globe.Weekly site visits, toolbox meetings, and candidate care visits.What we're looking for:You will be a team player with drive and energy; we multi-task and manage multiple functions at any one time, so working under pressure and being organized is a must.A minimum of 12 months experience in recruitment (Not HR) or sales-based account management.A can-do attitude that likes to high achieve.
