You will achieve this by maintaining existing client relationships as well as undertaking business development activities to generate new client wins. You are accountable to deliver recruitment services to clients ensuring Manpower attracts and selects the market's best candidates by matching the skills of appropriately qualified and suitable candidates to fill relevant vacancies.Your BackgroundIn order to be considered for this amazing opportunity you should have:3-5 years experience running a 360-recruitment deskSales and client relationship management experienceStrong understanding of HSEQ principlesStrong proficiency in conducting headhunting campaigns and sourcing candidates through various channelsSelf-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work in a team environment and take accountability for their actionsExcellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to screen and interview candidates effectively, ensuring a high standard of quality is presented to our clientsProfessional and strong communication skills - written and verbal, for building and maintaining relationshipsYou will be ambitious, honest, resilient and a go-getter not afraid to pick up the phone and speak with candidates and clients, enjoy sales activities and chasing down that next placement and job to fillIf you like the idea of living and working in Australia, we want to hear from you!
