Here's what you'll be involved in This role is your chance to hit the ground running and deliver fantastic recruitment support while growing your HR skill set. Reporting to an HR Business Partner, you'll be looking after end to end recruitment for roles at all levels, including onboarding. HR coordination will also form part of this role, supporting the wider team with a range of HR generalist work. There are some key projects you'll have the chance to be part of, including setting up an alumni network, improving the company careers' page and the roll out of new HR tech early in 2025. As this is a role where you'll be consistently engaging with stakeholders, your HR team work five days onsite in their lovely Takapuna based offices with a fabulous view. Skills and experience you'll bring You have solid recruitment skills, meaning you can confidently and independently run processes end to end. You enjoy working with data and have a proactive, continuous improvement focus. You've had a taste of HR alongside your recruitment experience, and now want to grow this area.
