We are passionate about what we do and, therefore, the successful candidate will be focused and capable of delivering excellent service.You will report to one of our Lead Administrators and be responsible for:Greeting, welcoming and providing exceptional customer service to clients, visitors and colleagues in a friendly and professional mannerResponding to phone and email enquiries in a professional mannerLiaising with service providers, chairpersons, building managers, committees and ownersMaintaining all meeting rooms and the office, ensuring we are always presented professionallyApplying professional problem solving and multi-tasking skills, as well as attention to detailSkills and Experiences:About You:You are passionate about great customer service and are a multi-tasking whizz with the ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders with ease.
You probably have previous experience working with the public, administration, finance or data management and are used to delivering timely and accurate information and interacting with a wider team.
