Real Estate Office Administrator

Ray White is the biggest real estate company in the Far North, and you have an opportunity to be part of a market-leading team.
Based in our Doubtless Bay office in Coopers Beach, this is a varied position for someone wanting to join us in this exciting and often fast-paced industry.
You need to be friendly, reliable, have a pleasant personality with a positive and proactive approach to your work, and the ability to learn quickly and work independently. Other skills and attributes required:
Accurate with attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and time management - ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED for this role.
The ability to prioritise workload and problem-solve.
Excellent communication, written, computer, and people-focused.
Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
Articulate and well-presented.
Experience within the Real Estate Industry would be advantageous, but not essential as training will be provided.
This is a full-time position - 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).
