Key Responsibilities: Monitor changes in the local real estate environment and use this information to develop and implement a strategic plan for the branch. Provide direction and leadership to the current team, utilizing strong relationship management skills. Drive and celebrate the team and individual success through goal setting, training, and KPIs. Actively promote the brand within the business and local community. Maintain compliance needs within the branch including AML activities. Actively engage in recruitment activities to ensure you maintain a full team of sales consultants and effectively manage and inspire the team. About You: Proven track record of leading successful sales teams. Experience in improving sales revenue and closing deals. Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement growth strategies. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both the team and clients. A focus on results, performance, and team collaboration. Willing to work towards your Branch Managers Licence.
