We have expanded our platform to include CRM features, Financial modules, Time sheeting and Xero integration. Today, with over 16,000 NZ tradies currently using Rave Build, we are the software of choice for the NZ construction industry.The RoleYour main purpose will be selling modern cloud-based Construction software to various client groups including (but not limited to) Home Builders, Renovation Companies, Maintenance Companies and Light Commercial. We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in achieving targets whilst considering your personal reputation for successful customer engagements. You need to be involved in local business networks and ready to be an advocate for Rave Build. You need to be comfortable and have experience with personal accountability for sales performance, solution selling, understanding business drivers and be a natural relationship builder. We are a highly collaborative organisation so operating as such is key to success.Desired skills and experience:Proven experience working with Software as a Service businesses and/or a keen understanding of the construction world specifically NZ buildingBe a hunter, keen to create your own leads and follow them throughAble to articulate and communicate what modules we have to offer and how they will improve our potential clients businesses.Skilled at executing sales opportunities from leads through to signed agreements with high energy and professionalism, dedication and focusCapable of building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and prospectsEnergetic, enthusiastic, driven and tenacious with the natural desire to achieve in a competitive climateWork with integrity in your relationships and actionsGeneral Skills:Ability to work in a collaborative environment with both key stakeholders and Clients across the whole of New ZealandStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong initiative, self motivation and diligencePride and ownership in your work.We're looking for someone who is passionate about Sales and willing to learn, so if you enjoy a challenge and are looking to further your career please submit your CV and cover letter today.
