Our District Planning team are on the lookout for a Senior Policy Planner! If you're wanting to make your mark in a highly skilled environment and play a key role in the development of our thriving district - this role is for you.
Working as a Senior Planner in the small but mighty Policy team will put you at the forefront of Council's District Plan Review and RMA functions and regulations. We need a future focused individual who is committed to delivering enduring solutions for our growing community.
Your challenge will be delivering a second generation ePlan to our customers and stakeholders. You will also have an eye for navigating the challenges of RM Reform and the new National Direction.
We are looking for an individual with strategic flair as well as technical knowledge of the RMA and Local Government. By way of background, you will hold a relevant tertiary qualification with a Planning or Resource Management focus.
