RAN Field Operations Engineer Your role, your journey | Te Huarahi Whakatipu In this role you'll be the frontline hero keeping our dual-vendor RAN network in top shape! From restoring outages to providing remote L2 support, you'll be the go-to for ensuring everything runs smoothly. If commissioning COWs (yes, that's Cellsite on Wheels, not the moo-ing kind) and responding to ticketed faults sounds like your kind of challenge, you're in the right place.

How you'll show up | Tu mai Tu Rangatira Proven experience in a Field Maintenance role (10+ years).Radio access network maintenance experience with "Hands On" Transmission/Node B and LTE experience.Motivated, adaptable, reactive, logical thinking, resolution-focused.Ericsson RAN experience covering integration, fault resolution, and performance monitoring of Site Nodes.Familiarity of Ericsson 5G, CSR and Spares ordering.Familiarity of Huawei and Ericsson RAN Equipment and OSS.Effective communication skills and highly numerate.Experience resolving fault issues including incident management and disaster recovery.Not sure if you should apply as you're missing one or two skills we've listed?
