We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Carpet and Vinyl Installer to join our dynamic team.As a Carpet and Vinyl Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of carpet and vinyl flooring in residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with clients to ensure their flooring needs are met with precision and care.Key Responsibilities:Measure and cut carpet and vinyl to fit rooms and hallways.Install carpet and vinyl flooring according to industry standards.Prepare surfaces for installation, including removing old flooring and cleaning subfloors.Use appropriate tools and techniques to ensure a high-quality finish.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide excellent customer service.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Our Ideal Candidate:NZ qualification in flooring installation or equivalent.Proven experience in carpet and vinyl installation.Committed to maintaining a safe working environment.Have a strong focus on quality workmanship.Lead a drug-free lifestyle and able to pass pre-employment and random drug screens.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Full NZ Drivers Licence.If you are a qualified and experienced Carpet and Vinyl Installer looking for a new opportunity, apply today!
