About the Role: We are looking for skilled and experienced Qualified Builders with an LBP (Licensed Building Practitioner) certification to join our team in Auckland. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in residential construction and a proven track record in recladding projects. Key Responsibilities: Carry out all aspects of residential construction, including framing, finishing, and structural work.Lead recladding projects, ensuring that all work meets New Zealand Building Code standards.Read and interpret architectural plans and specifications to execute precise building work.Perform demolition, removal, and replacement of cladding materials safely and efficiently.Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure timely project completion.Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail in all tasks.Ensure all building work is compliant with relevant regulations and codes.Uphold health and safety standards on-site, including the use of appropriate PPE and adherence to safety protocols.Qualifications and Experience: LBP (Licensed Building Practitioner) certification in Carpentry.Proven experience in residential construction and recladding projects.Strong understanding of New Zealand Building Code and regulations.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Competent in using a range of tools and equipment associated with building and recladding work.Full NZ driver's license.Benefits: Competitive hourly rate and potential for overtime.Opportunities for professional development and training.A supportive team culture with a focus on quality and safety.Variety of projects offering diverse building experiences.
