The RoleWe're seeking a Qualified Builder (LBP) with a strong background in construction to join our team. This is a dynamic, mobile role that spans a broad area, requiring adaptability, resourcefulness, and efficient time management. It's a hands-on position where you'll engage in a wide range of building projects, carry out essential repairs, and proactively maintain client buildings and assets to the highest standards. Working alongside a collaborative team of builders, handypersons, plumbers, electricians, estimators, and project managers, you'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional results that make a real difference in our communities.
Key Responsibilities:Safely delivering high-quality building projects, repairs, and maintenance work.Managing safety, compliance, and quality standards across all tasks.Collaborating effectively with in-house teams, sub-contractors, and suppliers to self-deliver building projects.Planning and managing project costs, compliance requirements, and purchasing materials.Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.Although this position primarily operates from Monday to Friday, it's essential to note that you must agree to join the after-hours on-call roster. Rest assured, these on-call duties are scheduled in advance, and you will be compensated accordingly.
About YouYou're a Registered Builder (LBP) with the skills and experience to deliver quality workmanship in a safe and efficient manner. You take pride in your craft and enjoy contributing to a supportive and high-performing team.
