Your key responsibilities:
Ensure the testing procedures are carried out carefully and accurately and support laboratory investigations for atypical and OOS results.
Maintain, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment and software to ensure all lab equipment is operated in accordance with company procedures.
Monitor testing procedures ensuring tests are conducted within guidelines and standards.
Write and review SOPs and conduct training.
Perform monthly environmental monitoring as required with immediate flagging of any concerns.
Contribute to initiatives that will improve the work environment.
What you'll bring:
BSc (or equivalent) with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a GMP lab.
Strong proficiency with laboratory testing (microbiology or chemistry) on multiple instruments.
A strong mechanical testing background on UTS.
Excellent communication skills, technical writing skills and strong software skills in Word, Excel and Minitab.
An analytical thinker with a high attention to detail.
A flexible and adaptable approach.
Method validation experience ideal, but not essential.
Based in Airport Oaks with easy access to the motorway, there is plenty of free parking available around our offices. We also have an onsite gym, exercise classes and celebrations (including taking your birthday off).
