The opportunityWe're seeking a confident and resilient QA Lead to join a fast-paced agile environment, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring quality and reliability on a transformation project. This is a permanent full-time opportunity for someone with a passion for product testing and a hands-on approach to lead the testing process. You'll work closely with the Project Manager and key stakeholders to bring the vision to life, ensuring seamless integration and change releases within the project framework.The companyBased in Christchurch, join a company at the forefront of digital transformation! We are seeking a talented QA Lead to play a pivotal role in leading their test strategy. This is your chance to make a significant impact as they streamline their operations and enhance customer engagement.The RoleAs the QA Lead, you'll be responsible for:Guide the team through every stage, from initial test planning to execution, while instilling a methodology that aligns with our agile environment.Create detailed, effective test plans that set a clear path for product testing.Coordinate integration efforts with tools like Jira and Mulesoft (nice to have) to ensure smooth transitions across modules.Oversee change releases to ensure seamless transitions and system reliability.Coach and train team members to elevate their testing skills, fostering a collaborative and engaged atmosphere.Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure testing objectives align with project goals and timelines.Your ProfileTo succeed in this role, you'll bring:Proven background in testing within ERP or similar projects, demonstrating a strong knowledge of testing methodologies.Ability to draft, document, and communicate test plans effectively.You're not only skilled but also bring a resilient attitude, with the confidence to lead and inspire a team.Familiarity with Jira for project tracking and experience with Mulesoft integration (nice to have).Outstanding interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders.Experience in a fast-paced agile setting, with the ability to adapt and provide direction in a dynamic environment.For further information and a confidential chat, please reach out to Rachael Tobeck(emailprotected) or apply via the link.Please note that valid New Zealand working rights are required for this role, with a strong preference for candidates already located in Christchurch and looking for their next opportunity.
