These will range from new site builds through to office refurbishments.About youTo be successful in this role you will have:Extensive experience in a property/construction project management roleProven experience in managing a range of projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologiesStrong contract/SLA management experienceStrong analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking abilityStrong relationship management skills, ability to establish, build and maintain relationships with a variety of key stakeholdersExcellent communication skills, both written and oralStrong interpersonal skills, ability to adapt these to suit the needs of the audienceDemonstrated knowledge and ability of relevant software packages, and manipulating financial data and quantitative dataThis is a superb opportunity to bring your skills and experience to the next level.
