Property Project Coordinator
Do you have experience in supporting property construction projects?
Do you have strong co-ordination skills and are comfortable working with both internal and external suppliers?
Are you willing to hit the ground running to support the establishment of a new Property Projects Team? We're seeking an experienced Property Project Coordinator to join our busy team and take responsibility for the day-to-day co-ordination of our capital works projects.
The Property Project Coordinator role will focus on:
Co-ordinating project activities and resources
Ensuring project documentation is in place and kept up to date
Managing project-related finances
Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
We're seeking a Property Project Coordinator with experience in supporting property construction projects and with an understanding of construction methodology.
We're really keen to see your strong stakeholder focus and understand the importance of ensuring that projects are delivered in scope, on time, and within budget.
You will thrive on working at pace ensuring deliverables and milestones are met. This is a Permanent full-time role, based at our National Office in Wellington's CBD.

Salary range: $68,660.00 - $83,003.00
