Your new companyOur client is a well-renowned Property Investment company here in Wellington who own and operate a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings, car park buildings, hotels, and retail properties.Your new roleThis role sits within the Residential arm of the business, which is made up of over 400 tenancies across residential and boarding house sites. As a Property Manager, you will be tasked with managing a specific residential building that they own.
