Property Manager

We are looking for a mature, confident and enthusiastic person with a can-do attitude to join Quinovic Porirua, who specialize in residential property management services. The Property Manager will be responsible for their own property portfolio, managing the day-to-day tasks including addressing owner and tenants' concerns, conducting inspections of properties, liaising with trade people to organise maintenance/repairs, advertising properties, and various other duties. The role requires a competent individual who is willing to learn and develop a broad range of skills.
