Propertyscouts Hawkes Bay have an exciting opportunity for a full time residential Property Manager.
Propertyscouts are a nationwide team of Property Management experts, currently with 24 offices throughout New Zealand. It is an exciting company to work for as it is experiencing strong growth nationwide.
Due to strong growth within Hawkes Bay, an opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to take over a small portfolio of residential properties and add new properties to the portfolio. The position is based out of the Havelock North office but the portfolio will cover Havelock North, Hastings, and Napier.
Key Responsibilities:
Management of a current portfolio of residential properties
Liaising with tenants and owners in a professional, friendly manner during tenancies
Working with contractors to organise property maintenance
Completion of detailed inspection reports
Advertising and letting of properties including viewings
Reference checking and vetting potential tenants
Ingoing and outgoing inspections

An easy-going yet professional personality, able to communicate with all walks of life
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to prioritise a workload and work well under pressure
Able to deliver service with a smile in all situations
Computer and phone literate
Previous Property Management experience is essential and a knowledge of Palace software is preferred. The successful candidate will be provided with a new company vehicle and phone.
