It is an exciting company to work for as it is experiencing strong growth nationwide.Due to strong growth within Hawkes Bay, an opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to take over a small portfolio of residential properties and add new properties to the portfolio. The position is based out of the Havelock North office but the portfolio will cover Havelock North, Hastings, and Napier.Key Responsibilities:Management of a current portfolio of residential propertiesLiaising with tenants and owners in a professional, friendly manner during tenanciesWorking with contractors to organise property maintenanceCompletion of detailed inspection reportsAdvertising and letting of properties including viewingsReference checking and vetting potential tenantsIngoing and outgoing inspectionsKey Attributes:Great communication skills and able to sustain long term working relationshipsAn easy-going yet professional personality, able to communicate with all walks of lifeMeticulous attention to detailAbility to prioritise a workload and work well under pressureAble to deliver service with a smile in all situationsComputer and phone literatePrevious Property Management experience is essential and a knowledge of Palace software is preferred.
