Property management experience is preferred but not required. If you have a social conscience, resilience as part of your DNA and want to make a real difference then this is the place to be!As the Property Manager, you will have a key role within a multi-disciplinary Housing First (HF) Team with the following responsibilities:Managing tenancies for people who are experiencing chronic homelessnessBuilding and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, such as landlords, building managers and property managersProviding a variety of office and field related activities to manage and monitor tenancies including liaising with managing agents and tenantsWorking with the social support team to support people in sustaining their tenanciesThe successful candidate is also expected to maintain consistent communication channels with property owners/building managers/managing agents/tenants/industry contacts, Ministry of Housing and Urban Development/ Ministry of Social Development and other collaborating agencies.
