You'll be well versed in feeding into and delivering on property budgets, as well as being financially savvy and setting, managing and delivering on annual OPEX budgets and managing and tracking CAPEX projects and expenditure. You're adept at building exceptional relationships with tenants and leasing agents and have a strong customer service ethic.ELIGIBILITY CRITERIAIdeally you will have 5+ years' experience within commercial/retail property and you're seeking a new challenge where you can be hands-on and make a difference in an iconic park within a dedicated, close-knit team. You have strong MS Excel skills and financial and business acumen and experience with complex financial models. You're a great communicator, and you're organised and used to overseeing various workstreams, with a focus on a quality end-result.
