We pride ourselves on providing the best boutique property management services to our clients and tenants nationwide.We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager for our Hutt Valley business franchisee to support the operational business functions on a contractor basis.Experience in property management is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.Key Responsibilities:Internal auditing of property information assessing compliance with RTA requirements.Providing exceptional customer service.Conducting ingoing and outgoing property inspections.Generating work orders for repairs and maintenance.Social media savvy - creating engaging social media content.Assisting in marketing preparation for new properties.Perform general administration tasks.Skills Required:Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with a diverse range of people.
