Our team is based in Kennington, with property servicing across Southland. You will handle tasks ranging from plumbing repairs to providing maintenance support and overseeing small-scale property plumbing improvements. Responsibilities include:
Diverse Maintenance & Repair: Plumbing repairs, leak repairs for pipes and roofs, spouting cleaning, and maintenance of pumps and sumps.Equipment Operation: A current forklift license and willingness to operate a scissor lift and similar machinery are required (experience preferred but training available).Collaborative Support: Working alongside a close-knit team, you will also assess project requirements, coordinate contractors as needed, and provide guidance on plumbing and general maintenance tasks.Flexible Routine: A Monday-to-Friday schedule with adaptable start and finish times to suit your commitments.We are looking for someone who brings a wealth of experience, enjoys a hands-on, varied role, and has a commitment to quality.
