We take a personal approach to everything we do, and ensuring our people are happy and challenged in their roles is critical to our success.About the Role:As a Property Coordinator, you will provide essential support to our Property Team, focusing on facilities management, tenant onboarding, project work and sustainability initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Sustainability and Facilities Management in Auckland, you'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless property operations.Here's a look at the types of things you'll be doing:Coordinate CPI and Fixed Rent Reviews Manage property and lease onboarding processesOversee carpark licenses and ensure compliance with Building Warrant of Fitness requirementsSupport project delivery and collaborate with Asset and Facilities ManagersWork closely with the Facilities management team to assist with tenant and contractor managementContribute to sustainability initiatives and update sustainability reporting dashboardsAbout You:Pursuing or hold a tertiary qualification in property or a related fieldProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; eager to learn new property management systemsExperienced in property administration with a strong customer service focusResilient under pressure, proactive communicator, and skilled in prioritizing tasksWe value our team members and offer great benefits, including birthday leave, a supportive and social work environment, wellbeing benefits and a bonus scheme to reward your hard work.
