About the role

The Property Asset and Leasing Manager – Coworking and Commercial Property oversees leasing, asset management, and sales strategy to drive growth across our coworking and commercial property portfolio. This role is responsible for leading sales efforts, optimizing operational systems, and building strategic client relationships to increase occupancy and improve tenant satisfaction. The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of coworking spaces and commercial real estate with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving profitable asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development for Coworking and increase occupancy of Commercial Property.

Leasing and Asset Management of Coworking Spaces and Commercial Properties.

Operational and Systems Optimization for Coworking and Commercial Spaces.

Team Leadership and Development.

Financial Management and Reporting.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, Property Development, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in property management, sales, or asset management, particularly within coworking spaces and commercial real estate.

Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams, manage client relationships, and oversee coworking and commercial property assets effectively.

Proficiency in CRM systems, property management software, and tools suited to coworking and commercial property sectors.

Strong negotiation, organizational, and strategic planning skills.

Adaptability and multi-tasking skills, well-suited to a dynamic coworking and commercial property environment.
