We are looking for a self-motivated, high energy candidate, used to delivering within tight timeframes who can demonstrate their ability to develop business opportunities through the creation, planning and delivery of sales and promotional campaigns to ensure our strategic objectives are met.
You'll maintain, develop and deliver the commercial client and promotional management systems and processes across two directorates to ensure consistency, accuracy and intelligence that supports a high level of professionalism and relationship management and work closely with the Marketing and Communications teams to provide services across the two directorates.
To be successful in the role, you'll bring: 5+ years' experience in sales promotion, campaign management and marketingA tertiary qualification in relevant discipline and/or similar work experience.Excellent presentation, communication and writing skills.Proven strategy development and planning skills.Inherent understanding of professional business conduct and relationship management.Working knowledge of sales management systems and processes, including CRMs, preferably Salesforce.Experience in promotional, marketing and social media platforms.Experience in budget and financial management.Further information can be found in the Promotions Manager Position Description.

The starting salary for this position will be between $91,773 and $108,980 pa. Offers will be made within the range to reflect the skills and experience offered by the candidate and those required of the role, and internal relativities with other employees.
