The skillset and capability within the team is varied and vast - as are our clients, partners and investors.The OpportunityWorking across all aspects of land development, the Project Manager - Delivery will play a crucial role in ensuring our residential development projects run smoothly and are delivered successfully. Responsibilities include:Manage day-to-day activities on-site.Contractor procurement and engagement.Management of sub-contractors, including reviewing and processing contractor claims.Manage the preparation of consent compliance applications and associated territorial/regional authority approval processes, and application for certificate of title.Manage quality assurance processes in accordance with company systems and compliance with territorial/regional authority consents, including risk management.Plan, prepare and update the construction programme.Collaboration with design teams and consultants.Promote and adhere to Health and Safety regulations, policies and procedures.Report and identify risks, efficiencies on-site, and costs to ensure the company's targets are achieved.About you:We are looking for a Project Manager or Civil Engineer who has experience delivering Civil Construction and Infrastructure projects in New Zealand.A relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, land surveying or similar is desired.Strong planning and programming skills.Excellent people management and stakeholder communication skills.An understanding of the design elements to cost engineer projects.Land development experience is desirable but not essential.Have a working knowledge of NZS3910, 3915 & 3916 Construction Contracts.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Project.You need to be a New Zealand resident, or have a valid work visa to be considered for this opportunity.Why join Classic?We are an energetic, collaborative and supportive team who have a people-focused culture and a clear vision.
