Position Overview: We are looking for a talented and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in balustrading and metal fabrication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, from initial planning and design to final delivery. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage timelines, budgets, and client relationships while ensuring the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget. Coordinate with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
Team Management: Lead and mentor project teams, including fabricators, installers, and subcontractors. Ensure clear communication and effective collaboration to achieve project goals.
Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Provide regular updates, address concerns, and ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded.
Quality Control: Oversee the fabrication and installation processes to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Problem-Solving: Identify potential risks and issues early. Develop and implement solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and organized.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in balustrading and metal fabrication, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of balustrading systems, metal fabrication processes, and relevant industry standards.
Education: A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to anticipate and address challenges proactively.
Organization: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
