You will be the "change maker" and work collaboratively with the senior leadership team to champion positive and impactful change across day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:Quality AssurancePlanning and scheduling multiple projects simultaneouslyOrganising and management of contractorsClient liaison and sub-contractor managementHealth and SafetyTechnical problem solving on siteMentoring and motivating staff and contractorsAbout You:RequirementsWe are looking for a professional and well-organised Project Manager, Site Manager, or Builder who has the technical know-how and understanding of Residential Construction in New Zealand, with sound knowledge in the mechanics of concrete foundations and slabs.
