Role: Project Manager
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Company Car
Location: Hamilton, Scotland with the requirement to travel to our sites in Scotland and North of England.
You'll be an organised and methodical project manager, ideally with a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams. You'll utilise your experience in planning or project management to coordinate projects within agreed timescales.
You'll be joining our knowledgeable and supportive projects team as a Project Manager. From the get-go, you'll be working with a wide range of clients, getting full exposure and experience managing varied projects across a diversity of sectors.
You'll be responsible for sourcing and controlling necessary resources, including labour allocation, materials and all sub-contract requirements, whilst ensuring that Projects are delivered in accordance with all appropriate H&S and CDM regulations, as applicable, and good practice.
This is a Hybrid role, working from our office in Hamilton, Scotland, working from home, and traveling to our customer sites across Scotland and the North of England.
As a Project Manager, you will have:
A full UK driving licence
Proven project management experience
Demonstrable knowledge of financial control in delivering projects
Experience producing and maintaining linked project programmes
Whilst knowledge of the construction industry would be helpful, this is not essential to be successful in the role
