We seek individuals who thrive in this environment and embrace significant challenges without hesitation.About The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Programme Scheduler to join the Tait Systems team on a fixed-term basis for 12 months, supporting and coordinating site acquisition, design and build activities.Reporting to the Head of Site Acquisition, Design and Build, your role will involve efficiently managing programme level reporting related to site acquisition, design and build, ensuring that all sites are completed within the required timeframe.Your Key Responsibilities Will IncludeFacilitating weekly reporting activitiesCoordination of SAED meetings and actionsWorking with the Head of SAED and Build to maintain a risk and issues registerTrack any customer CR's and managing responsesManaging cost saving registerProducing accurate and timely reports to meet internal and external customer requirements.Providing timely and accurate status reports regarding site review and caravan processEnsuring systems such as Nexsys One are kept up to date with forecasts and actuals.About YouWe are keen to hear from individuals with the following skills:Good understanding of Mobile/LMR networks.Great organisational and time-management skills.Outstanding IT skills.Great problem-solving skills.Ability to multi-task with large volumes of simultaneous sites.Self-starter with the ability to self-manage.Adaptable and possess an ability to work with others and participate on cross-technology teams.Collaborative approach, willing to pitch in and support colleagues when required.Apply NowIf this sounds like you, apply now with your CV and cover letter!
